Tank Essentials

A minimum of 40 litres (10 gallons) is recommended for water stability, though larger tanks are always preferred. These corals thrive in low to moderate, indirect water flow and prefer low to moderate lighting (50-150 PAR). Place them on the sandbed or lower rockwork.

Diet

While photosynthetic, Acans benefit significantly from regular target feeding with meaty foods like mysis shrimp or brine shrimp, or specialized coral foods, 1-3 times per week.
