Description

ClariSea SK-5000 Fleece Roll

Maintain crystal-clear water in your aquarium with the genuine ClariSea SK-5000 Fleece Roll. This high-efficiency, non-woven mechanical filtration material effectively captures fine particulate waste, ensuring a healthier environment for your aquatic inhabitants.

Superior Mechanical Filtration

The ClariSea fleece filter roll is designed to remove suspended particles such as microalgae, detritus, uneaten food, and organic waste from your aquarium’s water column. This continuous removal of waste helps to prevent nutrient buildup and maintain excellent water clarity.

Extended Length for Less Maintenance

This SK-5000 fleece roll provides approximately 40 meters (131 feet) of filtration material, offering extended operation between replacements. By automatically advancing the dirty fleece, the ClariSea system minimizes the need for manual filter sock cleaning or replacement, saving you time and effort.

Important Considerations

While the fleece material itself has a micron rating, it’s important to understand that as the fleece collects waste, its filtration capability increases, removing progressively smaller particles. Always ensure your roller unit is set up with adequate water depth (optimal 10cm / 4″) for maximum fleece lifespan and proper function.
