Overview

Goniopora spp., commonly known as Daisy Coral or Flowerpot Coral, are large polyp stony corals celebrated for their distinctive appearance. Colonies feature numerous long, delicate polyps that extend outwards, resembling a bouquet of flowers. These polyps, often tipped with contrasting colors, sway gently in the current, creating a dynamic and visually stunning display. They are photosynthetic but benefit greatly from supplemental feeding.
