Nyos Zero 250 ml

Nyos Zero 250 ml is a biological nutrient reduction agent designed to help control nitrate and phosphate levels in reef aquariums, promoting a stable, low-nutrient environment for corals and fish.

What Nyos Zero Does

Nyos Zero works by supporting beneficial microbiological processes within your aquarium. This allows for more efficient processing and subsequent removal of nutrients like nitrate and phosphate by your protein skimmer. The result is a cleaner, more natural aquarium environment with stable water parameters, which is crucial for the health and vibrancy of corals and fish. It can also aid in the biological start-up phase of a new aquarium.

Benefits

Reduces nitrate and phosphate levels biologically.
Enhances the performance of your protein skimmer.
Supports a stable biological balance in the aquarium.
Helps achieve natural water parameters.
Supports the vitality and growth of corals.
Can assist in the initial biological setup of a new aquarium.

How to Use Nyos Zero

For optimal results, Nyos Zero should be dosed daily.

Standard Dosage: Approximately 2 ml per 1,000 litres (approx. 264 US gallons) of aquarium water per day.
Initial Dosage: Begin with approximately 50% of the standard dosage.
Monitoring: Regularly monitor nitrate and phosphate levels. Adjust the dosage based on these levels and your aquarium’s specific nutrient requirements.
Adjustment: If bacterial films begin to develop on the aquarium glass, reduce the dosage.

Important Considerations

Nyos Zero is a carbon source that fuels the growth of beneficial bacteria to consume nitrate and phosphate. Ensure you monitor your water parameters closely when using this product to maintain the desired nutrient levels and a balanced ecosystem.
