Installation and Operation

The Seachem Tidal 35 is designed for straightforward installation. Simply hang the filter on the back of your aquarium and adjust the leveling device for a secure fit. The self-priming pump means no manual priming is needed to start the filter. Water is drawn from both the surface and deeper within the tank, flowing bottom-to-top through your chosen media. The flow rate can be adjusted using the dial on the front of the pump to suit your aquarium’s specific needs.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal filter performance. When the maintenance alert indicator rises, it’s time to clean the filter media. The fully removable filter basket allows for easy, drip-free cleaning of the media and basket. Remember to rinse filter media in used aquarium water to preserve beneficial bacteria.
